THE SHIFT
You came because something inside you shifted. You wanted more honesty, connection, and freedom.
THE WORK
Growth gets messy. Old stories, doubt, shame, and everything you’ve been carrying can surface. That’s part of the work.
YOUR PRACTICE
Push hard. Take it slow. Show up tired, strong, anxious, energized—whatever you are that day. We’ve got you.
NO BULLSHIT
No spiritual elitism. No pretending. Come AS YOU ARE to sweat, move, release, and be good to yourself.
